Standard Cable Ties Nylon 6,6 UV Stabilised

SapiSelco nylon cable ties, thanks to their ease of use and guarantee of reliable closure over time, have now replaced all other types of “lock” such as cored wire, adhesive tape, metal tacks and yarn. SapiSelco cable ties are available in lengths from 75 mm to 1600 mm, with tensile strength up to 120 Kg/daN.
Made from polyamide 6.6 Halogen & Silicon Free, the cable ties are available in natural, black, and coloured nylon or in special materials: UV resistant, resistant to high temperatures, resistant to low temperatures, resistant to acids, self-extinguishing, phosphorescent, detectable by metal detectors.
The cable tie is hooked by the pawl tooth on the head engaging the rack: once the end is pulled through the head opening, it forms a loop that can only be tightened. The ties serve to secure and/or seal articles.

MAXIMUM CABLE DIAMETER
The tip of the tie is straight: this geometrical design has been selected to maximise the compatible cable diameters.

MINIMUM IMPACT ON TIED MATERIALS
The edges are rounded to avoid damage to the cables.

MAXIMUM RECOGNITION
All ties are marked on the underside of the head with the SapiSelco trademark or the symbol 2S.

MAXIMUM ERGONOMICS
All racks extend to the underside of the tie head to facilitate minimum cable tying diameter.
